Minnkota, as a member of the Utility Solid Waste Activity Group (USWAG), is approved to dispose of Poly Chlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Remediation Waste with an “as-found” concentration of <50 ppm PCBs in a non-Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA)approved landfill facility per Option 9 of the December 22, 2021,
EPA Nationwide Risk-Based PCB Remediation Waste Disposal Approval.
On September 16, 2022, Minnkota is providing notice to the public that under the Nationwide Risk-Based PCB Remediation Waste Disposal Approval it is our intent to dispose of PCBs pursuant to the approved disposal requirements.
